8-4. Adjusting the motion direction of feed dog
1. KM-1957-7
1) Remove the four different gear covers.
2) When the wheel feed driving gear A① operates normally and the wheel feed driving gear A② operate back tack stitching,
they are engaged with the wheel feed driving gear B③.
3) The operation direction of the back tack cylinder④ and the gear driving shaft⑤ is identical to the arrows in the figure.
4) Interlock the wheel feed driving gear A① with the feed gear③ without a gap under the state of pneumatic connection.
5) Under this state, fix the wheel feed driving gear A② to the end of the gear driving shaft⑤.
6) Interlock the wheel feed driving gear A② with the wheel feed driving gear③ without a gap under the state of operating the
back tack cylinder④.
