1 Application
The MovoHook 2Grip 10A70=* and 10A80=* are solely intended for exo-
prosthetic fitting of amputations of the upper limb.
The hooks are designed for creating a cable-controlled arm prosthesis.
Cable-activated hooks feature:
A rugged design that withstands the effects of forces and dirt
The ability to grip even the smallest objects with precision
Versatile gripping functions
Attention!
Use caution when handling the cable-activated hooks. The hooks
have sharp contours. If used incorrectly, the hooks can cause
injuries to you or others.
The ability of an upper limb amputee to drive a motor vehicle is determined
on a case-by-case basis. Factors include the type of fitting (amputation
level, unilateral or bilateral, residual limb conditions, or design of the
prosthesis) and the amputee's individual abilities. For maximum safety
and convenience, Otto Bock recommends that a specialist determine
whether a vehicle needs specialised equipment, such as a steering
fork. The patient must be able to operate the vehicle safely using the
cable-activated hook.
