ATTENTION!
Do not use any pressure adjustment valve that has not been specified by the manufacturer.
Otherwise, you might have problems with burners, such as maladjusted flames, clogged
burners, etc.
Do not try to adjust pressure adjustment valve on your own. Should any adjustment be
necessary, contact manufacturer or an Authorized Service.
Any adulteration on the gas adjustment valve can compromise the whole functioning of
the system, and it characterizes unsafe action, with a risk of causing an accident.
Any accident caused by misuse, improper use or adulteration of any original features of
the equipment is the user's responsibility and the manufacturing company is considered
exempt from any liabilities on damages that may have resulted from that. Therefore the
importance of reading the information contained in this manual.
3- STEAM CIRCUIT
The electronic controller is equipped with a "timer" that controls how long the solenoid
valve should stay open when controlled manually. Time is programmed by the user. (Check
electronic controller configurations steam time).
When time controlled by the "timer" is over, LED turns off automatically, indicating that
the solenoid valve is shut, and no more water is allowed to come in.
Press steam switch key again to repeat steam cycle.
If water pressure is too high, more water than necessary will come in.

4- ELECTRIC CIRCUIT
When installing the equipment, electrician should bear in mind the following::
1) We recommend using a circuit breaker in accordance with technical specifications.
2) Direction that the motor should turn to move the turbine is counterclockwise, when
facing front of the oven. Should engine start t urning the other way around, it is
necessary to reverse a phase.
3) Provide ground wiring for the oven (we recommend using 2.5mm2 wires). It is the
customer's responsibility if it is not possible to install it.
4) Incorrect installation can cause malfunctioning to your oven.
Note: Grounding wire can be found at the rear side of the switchboard.

ATTENTION!
Open water supply to generate steam directly
from the water deposit, so as not to generate
excessive pressure, except for deposits that
have been installed in places that are too high.
Never allow water to come in directly from
outdoor water supply, because of the pressure
that can be generated.
Observe instructions carefully, because too
much water can damage the equipment and
compromise useful life of the solenoid valve.
Pressure from water supply should be within
0.8 and 2.0 Kgf / cm2. Above 2.0 Kgf / cm˝
anticipate using a pressure reducing valve.

Power oscillations: if power supply in your establishment presents any oscillations that
are not compliant with the variations allowed, contact your power supplier and ask for its
regularization. If that is not possible, install an automatic stabilizer according to the maximum
nominal power.
HYDRAULIC SUPPLY
Water supply: it is necessary to have a fix point for the water supply, preferably an
exclusive one and that meets technical specifications for pressure. Adapt a valve o a
garden-lik faucet with a 3/4"BSP thread.
INSTALLING
1. Provide for installation site:
- Box with fuse and circuit breaker.
- Electric wall socket check power supply: wall socket.
- Grounding wire check power supply: wall socket.
- Water supply point with valve
2. Perfect leveling of the equipment should be observed.
ATTENTION! - Always allow a 20-cm clearance between oven and walls in order to
obtain a good performance from your oven and to make sure there is no
overheating of the motor.
- Observe direction of motor rotation. Correct direction is counterclockwise.
CONTROLS
1) ) LEVELING:
The oven is equipped with casters so that it is easier to move it around, and a screw to
adjust height.
2) ) GAS CIRCUIT (LPG)
WARNING!
Liquefied petrol gas is a dangerous substance, being flammable, asphyxiating, and
explosive, and it requires maximum attention when being installed.
When installing gas cylinders, keep maximum distance from the equipment, and be
sure cylinder is in upright position.
Pressure valve, which is installed on to the equipment with the hose assembly, is a
low-pressure valve.
Pressure valve cannot be violated, since it is supplied tested and adjusted from the factory
in order to provide flow that should be enough for the performance of the oven. Otherwise, there
might be some trouble with efficiency of the burners.
Gas valves of the hoses should be installed onto the gas cylinders. We recommend using
wo 13-kg gas cylinders SIMULTANEOUSLY; otherwise there is a risk of the gas freezing.
Should it be necessary to use 45-kg cylinders, check with companies specialized in gas
installations in your city. It is possible to use a P45 cylinder
