Solution
Check scanning performance using known good test
tags.
Try replacing the main module assembly which includes
the antenna. See page 28.

Change the length of time it takes for the stick reader to
automatically power down, or disable Automatic Power
Down. See Changing the stick reader settings using
EziLink on page 33 (User Interface tab, Automatic
Power Down setting).

To allow the stick reader to record EIDs twice, disable
DUPLICATES in the stick reader settings. See
