Pre-Power checks

Before turning the PathFinder 350S on for the first time, carry out the following
checks.






Initial Power Up

1. Attach mains power to the Services module via the mains power input socket
2. Switch the power on at the Services Module.
3. All modules should power on automatically.

5. After Windows starts the Workcell Controller will start and the GUI should display

Double check all connections are secure, and the cables are routed neatly.
Check none of the cable are pinched or damaged where they pass behind
covers and the bench.
Ensure no cables will interfere with the PathFinder 350S or its surrounding
workspace.
Move the Sorter gripper arm by hand and check it moves freely and is
unobstructed.
Move the Carousel by hand and check it can move freely.

motion in each axis, then returning to the rear left hand corner of the
