Stopped to Starting

The stopped to starting diagram shows the timing from
a stopped mode to energizing the compressor. The
shortest allowable time would be under the following
conditions:
All temperatures below their starting limits
Evaporator and condenser water flowing

The above conditions would allow the compressor to
start in 45 seconds.
