12.1

Operator disassembly

Important:
After disassembly, clean all parts
of contamination (do not damage
parts). Check parts for potential
damage, replace if necessary (only
use genuine parts from GEMÜ).
1. Move the operator A to the open
position.
2. Pneumatic actuator:
Undo the union nut a.
Manual operator:
Undo the operator via the retaining nut a.
3. Remove the operator A from the valve
body 1.

4. Pneumatic actuator:
Disconnect the actuator A from control
medium lines.

Valve body disassembly

Important:
After disassembly, clean all parts
of contamination (do not damage
parts). Check parts for potential
damage, replace if necessary (only
use genuine parts from GEMÜ).
1. Disassemble the operator (see chapter
12.1 "Operator disassembly").
2. Disconnect the distribution valve from
the piping.
3. Remove the cylindrical screws 22 and the
spring washers 23 from the connection
modules L and R.

and R and the O-rings 21.

spring washers 23 from the valve body 1.
