Power off power supply of the S10mini, all associated DeviceNet devices and
connected communication power supplies when working with cables.
D.Station module does not require external power supply since it separately
feeds necessary power (self-feeding). In addition, the power lines can be
connected like a diagram shown above.
Check if the connector fixing screw is not loosened periodically (every 3 to 6
months) and tighten it if required.

Hardware configuration
An example of a DeviceNet hardware configuration is shown below. In the DeviceNet, a
control device connected to the network is called a "node" and the D.Station module is one
of the nodes. Nodes can be classified into two types: a slave which transfers information to
and from the outside and a master which collectively controls and manages slaves in the
network.
