The RESET option zeroes the output. The HOLD option retains the
output that prevailed immediately before an abnormality occurrence.

The FREE option should normally be selected. If the number of I/O
points of I/O modules exceeds 2048, select the FIX option.
When the FIX option is selected, the maximum and minimum I/O
points can be expanded to 2048 points.
