Step # 16-B
Start by installing the upper screw to secure the pillar to the cabinet.
Step # 16-C
Install the two bottom screws and tighten all three.
Step # 16-D
Locate the three holes in Section # 4 and the three bolts required to
attach the pillar to the right side of the main cabinet.
