8. Troubleshooting
Cause
Motor is defective.
Switch is defective.
Battery plug contacts have come loose.
Bearing / gearbox is defective.
Plug on motor has come loose or is not secure.
Leaf springs not sitting in guide sleeve.
Clutch ring inserted incorrectly.
The small circlip is not correctly seated on the
drill shaft.
Ball has jammed in a hole in the drive (burrs).
