One bit is reserved for every module (identifier byte) as
signed during configuration. A set bit means that there is a
diagnostic message in this I/O range.

3 bytes of diagnostic data are available for each channel:
Byte 1: Module number
Byte 2: Channel number
Byte 3: Type of diagnosis
Header byte of the module−related diagnosis
Length of the module−related diagnostic
block in bytes including the header byte.
