Note! 1. After writing data/commands to the 299/29A port, the IBF will be
set as "1". Users must wait for the IBF to clear to zero, before writ-
ing the next data/commands to the 299/29A port.
2. If the EC command returns data, users can read the data from the
68 port when the OBF is set as "1".
