ROTOR CASE ASSEMBLY

Before installing the rotor case (31) to the gearbox (1A), make sure to clean the surface of rotor case
& gearbox and check the shim plates surely between rotor case and gearbox as originally.
Assemble the rotor case (31) onto the gearbox (1A) and secure
the four hexa-nuts (46) with reference of below torque value.

Torque (N·m) 30
Insert stationary seal body inside hub in pump case as Figure 27,
and make sure of that pins on the seal body should be engaged
firmly inside seal pins on seal Seal Body Stop Ring.
Insert new case O-ring inside groove with lube.
Assemble seal ring inside hub of pump case.
Put rotor O-ring in advance and the rotating seal rings on the back
of rotors.
Be sure that notch of seal ring should be engaged into seal pin
firmly.
