Composition of Biddle control cable

1. Reset the controller (see section 8.3).

The control cable for Biddle units is different from standard
modular telephone cables.
The plugs are of the RJ-11 type but the sockets are 'straight' –
at both ends of the cable, the core is connected to the same
pin.
