4.1

Switching on and off

This section describes the functions you should know for the
day-to-day use of the Comfort Circle.
All functions can be operated from the controller. The con-
troller allows you to:
switch the Comfort Circle on and off;
regulate the temperature in the room;

set the speed of the fan.
Multiple units operated from one controller
If multiple units are connected to the controller, its settings
will be the same for all units. An exception to this are com-
bined recirculation and ventilation units, which provide indi-
vidual ventilation control.
4.1.1 Switching the unit on and off

You can switch the Comfort Circle on and off manually. Inde-
pendently of this, the unit can be controlled by external con-
trols (see section 4.6.3).

To switch the unit on (

If the unit is switched off, the LED in the controller will be lit.
If the temperature in the room falls below the night tempera-
ture setpoint (default value of 15°C), the unit will start run-
ning until the night temperature is reached.
4.1.2 Pause mode
In the pause mode, the unit does not respond to signals from
external controls. Frost protection will remain enabled,
though.
