MAINTENANCE
1. Do not apply any cleaning fluids to the rollers, certain fluids may cause damage.
2. Do not clean rollers with sharp objects, use a rubber gum eraser to clean resin off of the rollers.
3. Use a damp cloth with only water to clean the body of the machine.
4. Store machine in a dry clean area.
5. Be careful, the safety cover may be hot.
TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
Symptom
Rollers do not operate after the RUN/
STOP button is pressed
Roller is not heating
Result of lamination is waved
Excessive noise while laminating
Possible Cause
1. Power cord is not plugged in
2. Film is too tight for motor to start
The hot shoes have not warmed up
completely yet
1. Film tension is unbalanced
2. Lower idle bar is not located in
proper position
1. The tension may be set too tight
2. Temperature is too hot

1. Check the power cord
2. Adjust film tension by rotating
tension Bolt

2. Push idler bar up
1. Loosen the tension bolt
2. Change the temperature setting to
1.5Mil. Otherwise consult with the
customer service
