Routine Maintenance Overview Checklist

Recommended service to be performed at each running time interval noted
Calendar Time using 8 hour
Running Time Rate Per Day
Running Time-Hours
Ensure the actuator platen area is
clean.
Check all filter indicators.
Ensure all hose, cables, and
connectors are attached properly.
Ensure that the crosshead, lifts, and
supports are in working order.
Ensure that the actuator is dry.
Ensure that the hydraulic service
manifold is in working order.
Ensure that the lift seal connection is
dry.
Ensure that the lock seal condition is
dry.
Lubricate the axial/torsional spline.
(Bionix frame at 75-100 hrs)
Ensure that the actuator is in working
order.
Inspect all labels to ensure they are
attached and legible.
Crosshead/Load Frame
Ensure that the crosshead, lifts, and
supports are in working order.
