Chapter 1: Introduction
Thank you for choosing LEC-3031 series. This industrial computing system is driven by Intel Atom
E3825 CPU with heat-sink thermal solution. Memory wise, the system supports up to 4GB DDR3L
SDRAM SO-DIMM socket. Regarding I/O configurations, LEC-3031 provides 2 or 4 GbE LAN
ports, and 2 or 4 USB ports. Depending on the model chosen, LEC-3031 supports various serial
COM port configurations supporting RS-232, RS-422 or RS-485 through terminal block. For
storage expansion, LEC-3031 series commonly supports one SATA 2.5" HDD/SSD kit and a
mSATA Mini socket. To be deployed in harsh industrial environments, LEC-3031 supports wide
operating temperature from -40 to 70℃ and has been certified by various safety and
environmental regulation standards including classes of RoHS, CE, FCC.
