To cook fresh vegetables. Place prepared vegetables
into a suitable sized container. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp
water per 100 g vegetables. Cover with cling film.
200 g -
Pierce cling film with a sharp knife once in the centre

and four times around the edge. Turn the dial to select
program 9, Fresh Vegetables. Press the dial to confirm
the program. Press Start. Stir at beeps. Drain after
cooking and season to taste.
To cook frozen vegetables. Place vegetables into a
suitable sized container. Sprinkle with 1-3 tbsp water.
If cooking vegetables with high water content, such
as spinach or tomatoes, do not add water. Cover with
200 g -
cling film. Pierce cling film with a sharp knife once in
800 g
the centre and four times around the edge. Turn the
dial to select program 10, Frozen Vegetables. Press
the dial to confirm the program. Press Start. Stir at
beeps. Drain after cooking.
To cook potatoes. Peel and cut potatoes into even
sized pieces. Place prepared potatoes into a shallow
container. Add 90 ml (6 tbsp) of water for 200-590 g, or
150 ml (10 tbsp) for 600-1000 g potatoes. Cover with
200 g -
pierced cling film. Pierce cling film with a sharp knife

once in the centre and four times around the edge.
Turn the dial to select program 11, Potatoes. Press the
dial to confirm the program. Press Start. Stir at beeps.
Drain after cooking and season to taste.
To cook fresh fillets or steaks of fish. Place in a suitable
sized container, add 2 tbsp (30 ml) water. Cover with
200 g -
cling film. Pierce cling film with a sharp knife once in
800 g
the centre and four times around the edge. Turn the
dial to select program 12, Fresh Fish. Press the dial to
confirm the program. Press Start.
For cooking dried pasta. Use a large bowl. Add
1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil and boiling water. For 100 g -
290 g pasta add 1 litre of boiling water. For 300 g -
100 g -
450 g pasta add 1½ litre of boiling water. Cover with
450 g
a lid. Turn the dial to select program 13, Pasta. Press
the dial to confirm the program. Press Start. Drain
after cooking.
For reheating casserole eg. Pea stews, ravioli, ragouts
or goulash (industrially prepared or home made).
Remove dish from packaging and place in a dish
300 -
with lid. Turn the dial to select program 14, Reheat
800 g
Casserole. Press the dial to confirm the program.
Press Start. Stir at beeps and before the standing time.
After heating, allow to stand covered for 2 minutes.
= Frozen food
