Turbo Defrost
With this feature you can defrost frozen food according to the weight.
To allow auto program
operation, ensure
the oven is in Clock
mode. Select the
desired Turbo Defrost
program by turning
the dial.
Program
1. Bread
2. Small Pieces
3. Big Piece
= Microwave

Press the dial to
confirm the program
selection. Auto
program number
appears in the display.
The microwave, auto
and defrost symbols
light.
Weight
Small or large loaves of bread, white or wholewheat,
bread rolls and batons. Turn the dial to select
program 1, Bread. Press the dial to confirm the
100 g -
program. Turn the dial to select the weight of the
900 g
food and press Start. Turn at beeps. Allow bread to
stand for 5 minutes (white light bread) to 30 minutes
(dense rye bread). Cut large loaves in half during
standing time.
Small pieces of meat, escallop, sausages, minced
meat, steak, chops, fish fillets (each 100 g - 400 g).
100 g -
Turn the dial to select program 2, Small Pieces.
1200 g
Press the dial to confirm the program. Turn the dial
to select the weight of the food and press Start. Turn/
shield at beeps.
Big pieces of meat, whole chickens, meat joints.
Turn the dial to select program 3, Big Piece. Press
the dial to confirm the program. Turn the dial to
select the weight of the food and press Start.
Turn and shield at beeps. Whole chickens and
400 g -
meat joints will require shielding during defrosting.
2000 g
Protect wings, breast and fat with smooth pieces of
aluminum foil secured with cocktail sticks. Do not
allow the foil to touch the walls of the oven. Standing
time of 1 to 2 hours should be allowed before
cooking.
= Defrost
Select the weight of
the food by turning
the dial. Turning the
dial slowly will count up
in 10 g steps.

food during
defrosting.
