Global unlocking: Grasp an outside door
handle.
The vehicle will lock again automatically
and rearm the anti-theft alarm system
within approximately 40 seconds if neither
door nor trunk is opened.

Selective setting
If you frequently travel alone, you may wish
to reprogram the SmartKey so when you
grasp the driver's outside door handle, only
the driver's door, interior lockable storage
compartments and the fuel filler flap unlock.

Switching on/off: Press and hold buttons
and simultaneously for

approximately 6 seconds until battery
check lamp ( Y page 64) flashes twice.
