Certain electronic systems are unable to

The coolant temperature display or the
tachometer may have failed.
The coolant level is too low.
Possible solution

Wait until the steering wheel has moved to its
driving position.
The message disappears.

Have the engine checked as soon as possible
at an authorized Mercedes-Benz Center.
