The flame detector reacts to other types of fire as follows:
The baseline fire refers to n-heptane 0.1 m
as 100% sensitivity.
For liquid fire – standard pan fire, size: 0.1 m
For gas flame – plume fire 0.75 m (30") high, 0.25 m (10") wide.
Maximum response time: 10 sec.
