3 - Serrare con chiave dinamometrica i tasselli di fissaggio del basa-
mento, con una coppia di serraggio di 70 N.mt. (Fig.49).
Per compensare il cedimento delle colonne sotto il carico è asso-
lutamente necessario dare una premonta alle stesse, in modo che
presentino, a vuoto, una leggera apertura verso l'alto.
La distanza tra le colonne nell'estremità superiore delle stesse deve
quindi essere maggiore di 2 cm rispetto alla stessa distanza misurata
alla base (Fig.50).
Tale apertura si ottiene agendo nel seguente modo:
·
spessorare il basamento come in fig.50 utilizzando lamierini di circa
350x60mm dello spessore necessario per ottenere l'apertura richie-
sta delle colonne.
·
dopo l'operazione di spessoramento riempire gli spazi vuoti sotto al
basamento.

Attenzione
l'apertura delle colonne deve essere distribuita in
modo uniforme su ognuna di esse.
3 - Tighten the base screw anchors with a torque wrench set to 70 Nm
(Fig.49).
In order to compensate for deflection of the posts under load, they
must be tilted slightly outwards towards the top.
The distance between the posts at the top must be approx. 2 cm. grea-
ter than at the base (Fig.50).
To do this one has to:
·
please shim the baseframe as shown in fig. 50 by means of metal
plates measuring 350 x 60 mm adding as much of these plates as is
necessary to obtain the necessary slant of the posts.
·
after shimminmg the baseframe, grout (backfill) empty spaces or ca-
vities underneath the baseframe in order to obtain a continuous base.

the divergence of the posts must be equally
distributed between the two.
