The valve terminal described in this documentation is de-

signed for use only as follows:

for controlling pneumatic and electric actuators

(valves and output modules)

–

for interrogating electric sensor signals through

the input modules.

Please use the valve terminal only as follows:

as designated

–

in faultless technical condition

–

without undertaking any modifications.

If the valve terminal is used in conjunction with additional

commercially-available components, such as sensors and

actuators, make sure that the maximum specified limits for

pressures, temperatures, electrical data, torques, etc. are

observed.

Please observe the standards mentioned in the relevant

chapters and comply with national and local technical regula-

tions.
