The temperature differences and delay times can be set by the
customer and therefore adapted to the solar installation or
season.
Parameters to be input:
Max. temperature, switch on/off temperature difference, speed of
the pump for solar requirements, on/off delay time
3.6.6

Function: Frost protection

To prevent the water in outdoor pools from freezing, the
temperature sensor switches on the filter pump at a pre-set
temperature limit. Both temperatures (DC4 + DC5) are compared
with the temperature limit for this.
Parameters to be input:
Temperature limit T_min, speed of the pump in case of danger of
frost
3.6.7

Function: Error message

Output of an error message for:
Position or start-up error of the BADU OmniTronic
Overrunning of the level control safety time
The error message persists until the error no longer exists or has
been reset.
A clocking signal output for the relay (e.g. 2 s/8 s) can also be set.
This allows a signal light or signal horn to be connected directly.

Parameter and battery

The time is buffered with a battery. The service life of the battery
depends on various factors (device without voltage supply,
temperature, etc.), however it should last a minimum of 5 years.
The status of the battery is shown in the display:
= Battery OK
= Replace battery (CR2032)
If the battery performance declines, a capacitor guarantees the
maintenance of time for a few minutes during a power cut or
battery replacement. All parameters are saved in a
microprocessor and are therefore retained even without a battery.
Changing the battery:
Push the battery out towards the front.
Insert the new battery. "+" pole is on top.
