Safety
• Be very careful when emptying the popped corn out of
the appliance. Hold the appliance over the sink or other
appropriate area so that no excess oil drips on unwanted
areas or where it can cause burn damage. Lift the lidded
dome/bowl away from you when removing it from
the appliance. Be careful, the popping pan becomes
very hot.
• The appliance may be used by children aged 8 or over
provided they have been instructed in the safe use of
the appliance and that they fully understand the hazards or
risks involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be
made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
• The appliance may be used by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capability, lack of experience or
knowledge which could jeopardise their safety, provided they
have been given proper supervision or instruction regarding
the safe use of the product and understand any hazards
involved. Never let children play with the appliance.
• Keep the appliance and its mains lead out of reach of children
under the age of 8.
• The appliance must only be connected to a 220–240 V, 50 Hz
earthed outlet.
• Make sure that the plug is designed for and fits the wall
socket. Never try to modify the plug or use any kind of plug
adaptor.
