2.1 Device hardware description
ISCOM2109F Ethernet Switch is a layer-2 Ethernet switch designed for network users' access to the
carriers' network. ISCOM2109F provides 8 100BASE-FX Ethernet interfaces and 1 expansion
socket which can be configured to interface for 1000BASE-TX, 1000BASE-FX, or 100BASE-FX
cards. The power consumption of the system is less than 20W.

The dimension of ISCOM2109F switch's main structure is: 1U (Height) x 440mm (Width) x 180mm
(Depth). The device weighs about 6kg and can be either fixed into a 19-inch cabinet or placed on a
table.
