Storing the device
o If the device is not used for a longer time, clean the device according to the above
mentioned instructions and store it in a dry, clean place protected against frost, sun
and children. Do not place any heavy objects on the device.

7. Possible Malfunctions

In case of malfunction, disconnect the device from its power source. Before contacting
the service or sales agent, verify - based on the table below - whether it is possible to
eliminate disruption in operation.
PROBLEM
The device is turned on
but the green control
light (brewing indicator)
has not come on.
The coffee machine
shuts off.
The descale indicator
is flashing.
The device is turned on,
the brewing indicator
is on, but hot water is
not flowing out.
The device is turned on,
the brewing indicator
does not come on and
hot water does not flow
out.
Fuse releases right after
turning machine on.
CAUSE
 Plug not connected

REMEDY
 Connect plug correctly
 Control fuse, test
machine on other plug
 Contact supplier
 Contact supplier
 Let the coffee machine
cool down and press the
RESET button on the
back of the machine.
 Clean the coffee
machine of deposits
