Possible Malfunctions

Setting descaling intervals
You may set the intervals, in which the coffee machine should go into descaling
mode.
1. Press the selection button.
2. Use the '<' or '>' button, to select the 'descaling cups' option.
3. Use the '<' or '>' button to define the number of cups after which the appliance
requires descaling.
4. Confirm the selection with the selection button.

be removed, contact the technical service.
Problem
Coffee is too cold
The coffee flows

Cup is too cold.
Much time elapsed since
last used.
The brewing unit is too cold.
The coffee was ground too
finely or the ground coffee is
too fine.
Brewing unit filter clogged.
There are foreign objects in
the grinder.
Solution
Rinse the cup with hot water
before use.
Prepare subsequent cups.
Select a coarser grinding
level or use a coarsely
ground coffee.
Clean the brewing unit, as
described in section 6
'Cleaning'.
