USB Device Fuse Replacement

M Series USB devices have a replaceable T 2A 250V (5 × 20 mm) fuse that protects the device
from overcurrent through the power connector.
(USB-6281/6289 Devices)
(F 2A 250V) fuse that protects the device from overcurrent through the +5 V terminal(s).

Screw Terminal Devices)
Screw Terminal, complete the following steps.
1.
Power down and unplug the device.
2.
Remove the USB cable and all signal wires from the device.
3.
Loosen the four Phillips screws that attach the back lid to the enclosure and remove the lid.
4.
Replace the broken fuse while referring to Figure 1-8 for the fuse locations.
