If all "DataValid"-Bits of all configured sensors in the local configuration of the WDI100 are "1".
If at least one on the "DataValid"-Bits of the configured sensors is "0"
the option is set to LOCAL, to indicate to the PLC that the parameters, that are downloaded to
the WDI100 at start-up will not be used.

The bit is also set to "0", in case the WDI100 is in SET, DEL or CFG Mode, to indicate
the PLC that Parameters are blocked during this time. This function is to prevent local
changes to be overwritten by the PLC.

at the WDI100 if they are valid.
