Technical Description

3.4 RUN Mode

The RUN-mode is the normal continuous operation mode of the input module, in which
no changes are made to the system.
In this mode of operation
Error Messages
If the input module does not have an error-free connection to at least one of the proximity switches
configured, the lighting of the display blinks and indicates the data of this sensor. If several proximity
switches are incorrect, then the device with the lowest number is indicated. All disturbed sensors
stand successively at the beginning of the internal list of the input module, so that with /\ and \/ the
display can be scrolled.
Error messages are acknowledged individually for each sensor with one single OK. The blinking of
the entire display disappears, if all error messages have been acknowledged.
After acknowledgement, the Err remains displayed with the sensor address as long as the sensor is
not error-free again.

Description
As sensor status the last message before the
disturbance is indicated.
Changes to the next sensor number, all disturbed
sensors are at the beginning of the list.
Acknowledgement of a disturbance and change to the
next (disturbed) sensor.
Changes to the next sensor number, all disturbed
sensors are at the beginning of the list.
Acknowledgement of a disturbance and change to the
next (disturbed) sensor.
After acknowledgement of all Error messages, only
the still existing error messages are still visible.
Changes to the next sensor number, all disturbed
sensors are at the beginning of the list.
The error marking goes out, if the error was eliminated
and an acknowledgement has been given afterwards.
Change to the next sensor number.
