Pralinator 2180EL, 2180ER, 2181EL, 2181ER, 2181DEL, 2181DER CONTROLS AND THEIR FUNCTIONS HEAT SWITCH This rocker switch in the “ON” position energizes the heating elements in the bottom of the kettle, and the motor will also turn for 55 seconds of every minute. (It is normal for the motor to stop for 5 seconds of every minute.) - Page 7 2181 Models Make a solution of (3) parts water to (1) part Gold Medal imitation vanilla (Item # 4515). We recommend making at least 1 gallon of this “vanilla water” solution. (1 qt. of item # 4515 + 3 qts.
