Assigning the Fade Function

The fade function can be assigned to all control channels or only to the pan and tilt channels. This is
particularly useful e.g. when the mirror or moving head movement should be carried out slowly, however, the
gobos and colors are to change quickly.
5. Press TAP/DISPLAY to switch between 8-channel and 16-channel mode.
The display shows either 'ASSXX XX | X/Y 08CH' or 'ASSXX XX | X/Y
16CH'.
8-channel mode: You can assign the PAN/TILT movement for 24 scanners.
In 8-channel mode, you can save PAN/TILT for page A and page B.
16-channel mode: You can assign the PAN/TILT movement for 12 scanners.
In 16-channel mode, you can save PAN/TILT only for page A or page B.
6. If necessary, you can use PAGE SELECT to switch between levels Page A
and Page B.
7. While you keep MODE pressed, press the SCENES button. All LEDs should
flash briefly and thus indicating that the DMX channel has been assigned.
The button SCENES 1 stands for DMX channel 1, SCENES 2 for DMX
channel 2 and so on.
8. Repeat steps 3 – 7 to reverse the pan/tilt channels of further scanners.
1. Switch off the controller.
2. Keep the two buttons MODE and TAP/DISPLAY pressed simultaneously and
switch on the controller. After 2 seconds, the controller enters fade time
mode selection.
3. Use the button TAP/DISPLAY to select the setting ALL CH FD TIME if the
fade function is possible for all control channels or select ONLY X/Y FD TIME
if it is only possible for the pan and tilt channels.
4. Keep the two buttons MODE and TAP/DISPLAY pressed simultaneously to
memorize your setting. To confirm the memory procedure, all LEDs of the
controller flash three times.
