— Netzanschluss-Einheit mit 2 Schrauben
von Netztrafo lösen und hinausdrehen.
— Linken Wickel motor von Hand fest-
halten und 3 Motor-Befestigungsschrauben QO)
lösen.
Linken Wickelmotor vorsichtig aus-
fahren.
Beim Einbau ist darauf zu achten, dass
der Wickelmotor zentriert wird. Der Spulen-
teller darf an eingebauter Laufwerkabdeckung
nicht streifen.
Remove cable clamp and free the wires. -
— Undo the 2 mounting screws which hold
the electric power input unit to the power trans-
former and turn power input unit outward.
— Support the left-hand spooling motor
with one hand while undoing its 3 mounting
screws (fo).
— Carefully remove left-hand spooling
motor.
When reinstalling the motor, make sure
that it is accurately centered. The reel supports
must not touch or scrape against the front
panel.
Tournez en dehors l'unite de raccorde-
ment secteur en devissant 2 vis.
— En tenant le moteur gauche bien en
main, devissez les 3 vis de fixation QO).
— Retirez le moteur gauche avec pre-
caution.
Au remontage, contrölez le centrage du
moteur. Le plateau de bobine ne doit pas frotter
contre la plaque de recouvrement.
3.9 Tonmotor ausbauen
Gehäuse entfernen (siehe 3.1.).
3 Steckverbindungen von Motoran-
schlusskabel auf Stromversorgungsplatine aus-
ziehen (grn, gry, yel).
2 Steckverbindungen von Abtasterkabel
auf Stromversorgungsplatine ausziehen (blu,
brn).
— Von der Geräterückseite die 4 Motorbe-
festigungsschrauben Q j ) lösen und den Ton-
motor vorsichtig ausfahren.
Achtung:
Die Tonwelle darf unter keinen Umständen an-
geschlagen werden. Rundlaufgenauigkeit besser
als 1/1000 mm. Beim Einbau des Tonmotors
keine Kabel einklemmen.
3.9. Removal of capstan motor
- Remove recorder from its case (see sec-
tion 3.1.).
— Remove the 3 plug-in motor wires
(green, grey, yellow) from the power supply
board.
- Remove the 2 plug-in tacho-head wires
(blue, brown) from the power supply board.
— Remove the 4 motor mounting screws
( n ) which are accessible from the rear and
withdraw the motor from the recorder.
Attention:
Take great care not to damage the delicate sur-
face of the capstan shaft. The shaft has a run-
out accuracy of better than 0.05 mil. When re-
installing the capstan motor do not pinch any of
the cables.
3.9. Depose du moteur de cabestan
- Sortez l'appareil du boitier (voir 3.1.).
— Debranchez les 3 fils du moteur (vert,
gris et jaune) du circuit d'alimentation.
- Debranchez les 2 fils de la tfite tachy-
metrique (bleu et brun) du circuit d'alimenta-
tion.
— Devissez les 4 vis ( i j ) de fixation du
moteur ä l'interieur-de l'appareil et sortez le
moteur avec precaution.
Attention:
Veillez absolument a ce que l'axe de cabestan ne
subisse aucun choc. La tolerance d'excentriciti
est interieure ä 1/1000 de mm. Au remontage,
prenez garde de ne pas coincer des cables.
