3.6. Bremsaggregat ausbauen
— Gehäuse entfernen (siehe 3.1.).
— Laufwerkabdeckung ausbauen (siehe
3.2.).
— Spulenteller ausbauen (je 3 Schrauben).
— Antriebsriemen für Bandzählwerk auf
Zählerseite freilegen.
— Bremstrommeln, zentrale Schraube ( V )
lösen. Bremsen lüften und
(
Trommeln vorsichtig,
mit Mitnehmerscheibe, nacfi oben abheben.
Es ist besonders darauf zu achten, dass
die Bremsbänder nicht geknickt werden. Brems-
flächen nicht berühren. Fettspuren verschlech-
tern die Bremswirkung.
— 2 Anschlüsse (vio, gry) am Bremsma-
gneten abziehen.
— 3 Schrauben U3) des Bremsaggregates
lösen und das Chassis vorsichtig abheben.
3.6. Removal of brake assembly
— Remove the recorder from its case (see
section 3.1.).
— Remove front panel (see section 3.2.).
— Remove reel supports after undoing
their 3 mounting screws.
— Lift off the counter drive belt from the
counter pulley.
— Remove central mounting screw \7J,
manually operate brake lift mechanism and pull
the brake drums with their dog-washers care-
fully off the motor shafts.
Take special care not to kink the brake
bands. Do not touch the brake linings. Any
trace of grease on the linings will cause the
braking action to deteriorate.
— Pull off the two wires violet/grey from
the brake solenoid.
— Undo the 3 screws (8J and lift brake
assembly carefully out of the recorder.
3.6. Depose de l'agregat des freins
— Sortez l'appareil du bottier (voir 3.1.).
— Deposez la plaque recouvrant le me-
canisme (voir 3.2.).
— Enlevez les plateaux de bobine (3 vis
chacun).
— Otez de la poulie du compteur la cour-
roie d'entralnement.
— Devissez la vis centrale ( V ) des tam-
bours de frein, ecartez les bandes de frein et
sortez les tambours par le haut avec la rondelle
d'entralnement.
— II est particulierement recommande de
ne pas plier les bandes de frein et de toucher les
surfaces actives car les traces de graisse di-
minuent considerablement l'eff icacite des freins.
— Debranchez les 2 fils (violet, gris) de
raccordement de l'electro-aimant des freins.
— Devissez les 3 vis [8J et deposez avec
precaution l'agregat des freins.
3.7. Rechten Wickelmotor ausbauen 3.7. Removal of right-hand spooling motor 3.7. Depose du moteur de bobinage droit
— Bremstrommeln ausbauen (siehe 3.6.).
— 1 Schraube von Bandbewegungssensor
auf Querstrebe lösen. Bandbewegungssensor aus-
ziehen.
— 2 Schrauben für Querstrebenbefestigung
lösen. Querstrebe entfernen.
— 4 Steckverbindungen von Motoran-
schlusskabel auf Stromversorgungsplatine aus-
ziehen (brn, blu, yel, grn). Kabel freilegen
(Bride entfernen).
— Rechten Wickel motor von Hand fest-
halten und 3 Motor-Befestigungsschrauben (Ö)
lösen.
— Rechten Wickelmotor vorsichtig aus-
fahren.
— Remove brake drums (see section 3.6.).
— Remove one screw from the tape mo-
tion sensor on the cross brace. Pull off the tape
motion sensor.
— Remove 2 mounting screws of the cross
brace and take out the brace.
— Remove 4 plug-in motor wires (brown,
blue, yellow, green) from the power supply
board. Remove cable clamp and free the wires.
— Support right-hand spooling motor with
one hand while undoing its 3 mounting screws

— Carefully remove right-hand spooling
motor.
— Enlevez le tambour de frein (voir 3.6.).
— Sortez le detecteur de mouvement en
devissant la vis sur la barre transversale.
— Enlevez la barre transversale en devissant
les 2 vis.
— Debranchez les 4 fils du moteur (brun,
bleu, jaune et vert) du circuit d'alimentation.
Liberez le cable (enlevez la bride).
— En tenant le moteur droit bien en main,
devissez les 3 vis de fixation ( 9 ) .
— Retirez le moteur droit avec precaution.
3.8. Linken Wickelmotor ausbauen
— Bremstrommeln ausbauen (siehe 3.6.).
— 1 Schraube von Bandbewegungssensor
auf Querstrebe lösen. Bandbewegungssensor aus-
ziehen.
— 2 Schrauben für Querstrebenbefestigung
lösen. Querstrebe entfernen.
— 4 Steckverbindungen von Motoran-
schlusskabel auf Stromversorgungsplatine aus-
ziehen (yel, blu, brn, grn). Kabel freilegen.
3.8. Removal of left-hand spooling motor
- Remove brake drums (see section 3.6.).
- Remove one screw from the tape mo-
tion sensor on the cross brace. Pull off the tape
motion sensor.
- Remove the 2 mounting screws of the
cross brace and take out the brace.
- Remove four plug-in motor wires
(yellow, blue, brown, green) from the power
supply board.
3.8. Depose du moteur de bobinage gauche
— Enlevez le tambour de frein (voir 3.6.).
- Sortez le detecteur de mouvement du
moteur droit en devissant la vis sur la barre
transversale.
- Enlevez la barre transversale en devissant
les 2 vis.
— Debranchez les 4 fils du moteur (jaune,
bleu, brun et vert) du circuit d'alimentation.
