As shown in the example, when the combination rate exceeds 100%, the capacity of outdoor unit is
calculated using 100, 110, 120, 130% tables. However, when the combination rate is below 100%, use
capacity presented at the 100% table.
Thus, outdoor unit capacity can be calculated as follows:
Combination rate of actual indoor and outdoor units= 130%
120% < Combination rate of actual indoor and outdoor units < 130%
Combination rate of actual indoor and outdoor units= 120%
110% < Combination rate of actual indoor and outdoor units < 120%
Combination rate of actual indoor and outdoor units= 110%
100% < Combination rate of actual indoor and outdoor units < 110%
Combination rate of actual indoor and outdoor units < 100%
Using capacity graph of max. piping length and level difference, get the capacity reduction ratio.
- Max. Piping length (outdoor unit to the farthest indoor unit): 60m
- Level difference: -20m
From the above conditions, as the capacity of outdoor unit is 92.2%, its actual capacity is 51.5kW x 92.2% = 47.5kW
(51.5kW: RVXVHT180** 105% combination capacity)
