Option switch for specification on external input to DMS

Press IP reset button for 5 seconds to reset DMS IP to default 192.168.0.2.
All LEDs are turned off during OS booting after IP reset (Linked LED is not
affected if LAN connection is made.) This button is useful when installers
forgot the set DMS IP.
