Connecting the power cords to the system
Use this procedure to connect the power cords to the system.
To connect the power cords to the system, complete the following steps:
1. Open the rear rack door on the system unit that you are servicing.
2. Reconnect the power cords (A) to the system unit. See Figure 126 on page 146, Figure 127 on page
147, or Figure 128 on page 147 depending on the type of your system. Figure 123 shows the supported
alternate current (AC) and high voltage direct current (HVDC) connectors. Figure 124 on page 146 and
Figure 125 on page 146 show the supported connectors and power distribution unit (PDU) for
8408-44E.
