You need a sealing gasket with 48 positions and a hex key (PPM-A48-GSKT). In order to maintain compliance, only sealing gaskets supplied by Biotage must be used with the unit. 1. Shut off the external gas supply. 2. Ensure that at least one gas switch on top of the manifold is in the ON position. -
