20. Unhooking:
When the compartment is
full, the center of grav-
ity is shifted behind the
wheels. As a result, the
hitch will lift the rear of
the power unit. If the
machine is unhooked, the
hitch will come up and
the machine will upend.
Do not unhook the ma-
chine when the compart-
ment is filled to prevent
upending.
IMPORTANT
Support the rear frame
with large blocks if it is
necessary to unhook
when the compartment
is filled.
21. Moving:
The Collector is not de-
signed to be driven on
a public road. It is not
equipped with the required
lights and reflectors for
road travel.
Drive the unit from the col-
lecting area to the unload-
ing area.
Load the unit on a trailer
and tie down when it is
necessary to transport on a
public road.
Do not drive faster than 10
mph (16 kph) at any time to
maintain control of the unit.
It can be difficult to control
or stop a unit that is filled
with material.
