9. Poll PSR register until RDY value appears
After the RDY status is read, it should not take more than one second for the
primary booter to assert either ".OK." or "FAIL" status. If it takes longer than
one second to get ".OK." or "FAIL", a firmware or hardware error occured and
the PMC module has to be sent back to Motorola.
10. Poll SYNC field at offset 0 of PCI memory window
The following codes could be returned by the firmware:

Primary booter is ready for communication. It is recommended to issue a PING
command (see Table 14 "Primary Booter Commands and Parameters" page 4-
18).
INIT
Primary booter is currently initializing itself.
FAIL
Fatal error occurred which prevents the primary booter from running. The
ADRS field contains an offset relative to the beginning of the CSR section
which contains a zero-terminated string with further error information.
