Chapter 6 Programming SWB Monitor Debugger

6 Programming SWB Monitor Debugger

Do program Softune Workbench Monitor Debbuger to external Flash, get the latest Monitor
Debugger Project (91467r_mondeb_uart4_extbus_flash_sram) from our website.
The CPU Mode selection must be set to serial programming mode by setting DIP switch S1
to (Off, On, Off, Off)
Choose MB91F467R as device type and select tab 'External Flash'. Mark the checkboxes
'Enable ext. Flash', 'CS0' and 'Chip erase' (only needed if ext. Flash is not blank).

browse
to
SWB
monitor
debugger
file
(e.g.
your_path\MONDEB\FLASH\ABS\91467r_mondeb_uart4_extbus_flash_sram.mhx),
press
button "Automatic Mode" and reset microcontroller.
Programmer will execute single steps described in chapter 6.1. After successful
programming, set mode pins to external vector fetch mode (S1: off, off, off, on) and reset
microcontroller. In case of successful startup of the monitor debugger and access to external
SRAM the LED LD1, LD3 and LD7 are lit. Now connection to Softune Workbench can be
started.
