Tool removal
Disconnect the pneumatic connections (3, 4)
Disconnect the sensor connection (5)
Loosen the applicator by turning the applicator lock (Figure 32; 1)
Lift the applicator
Remove the applicator from the side of the mini applicator connection
Lift the applicator out of the machine

Crushing hazard
Closing tools pose an entrapment hazard
Remove the tool only when the machine is switched off and the compressed
air supply is interrupted.
The light barrier is able to detect the first printed conductor. It is not possible to de-
tect every printed conductor.
The foil must meet the following requirements in order to be detected by a sensor:
Sufficient contrast between printed conductor and foil
Uniform optical properties
