【10】スカラ−爪タイミングの調節方法 / ADJUSTING SHELL NAIL R
1. 針とスカラ−爪 R とのタイミングは二重環針が生
地に突き刺さる時、スカラ−爪 R は左死点になり
ます。 タイミングの調節は、 前項 9 の図でカバ−A，
B を開き上側のタイミングプ−リ−の止めネジ Z
を緩めてプ−リ−の位置を変更して下さい。
スカラ−比を変更した時は、必ず確認して下さい。
The timing of needle and shell nail R.
When shell nail R is located at the extreme left,
the needle of right end sticks into fabric.
Change the position of timing pulley by loosing
screw Z of timing pulley to adjust timing.
Refer to illustration of ADJUSTING SHELL
RATIO.
completion of adjusting shell ratio.
2. スカラ−爪 R の左右の調節は、ブラケット T の止
めネジ U を緩めて調整して下さい。
スカラ−爪 R が左死点に位置した時、 押えの切り欠き V の W 部にスカラ−爪 R の先端が
干渉しないように注意して下さい。
Loosing screw U of bracket T makes adjustment of left and right shell nail R.
Beware of not interfering between tip of shell nail R and W area of presser foot V
when shell nail R is located at the extreme left.
3. 針板とスカラ−爪 R との上下の隙間の調節は、 止めネジ S を緩めて針板との隙間が 0.1mm
程度になるように微調整して下さい。
Adjustment of up and down between needle plate and shell nail R.
Adjust in order to keep the clearance of 0.1mm between needle plate and shell nail R
by loosing screw S.
4. 押えの切り欠き V とスカラ−爪 R の前後の調節は、止めネジ S を緩めて前後に調節して
下さい。
Adjustments of front and rear between V and shell nail R.
Loosing screw S makes adjustment between V and shell nail R.
【11】ギヤ−ボックスへの給油 / LUBRICATION TO THE GEAR BOX
■ゴム栓 X を外すとグリス穴が開いています。
この穴は、グリス穴ですので油を入れないで下さい。
ギヤ−ボックスの先端には油穴 Y が 2 ヶ所開いていま
す。時々、少量の油を注油して下さい。
Taking rubber plug X off shows grease hole.
Do not put any oil to grease hole.
There are 2 oil holes on the gear box.
Lubrication to these 2 oil holes should be necessary
properly.
