カムの交換手順 カムの交換手順
1. カム固定ナット A を時計方向に回して取り外して
下さい。（左ネジになっていますので注意して下
さい）カバ−D の工具穴 B に六角レンチ（3mm）
を入れてカバ−の止めネジ C を緩めて下さい。 （5
ヶ所）止めネジ C を取り外す必要はありません。
カバ−D を上に持ち上げて手前に引きますとカバ
−は外れます。
Take nut A off by turning clockwise. (Attention:
screw is counterwise.) Loose screw C (5 places
on cover D) by inserting hexagonal wrench
(3mm) into the hole B.
enables to remove cover D by lifting itself and
pulling out, so it is not necessary to take all of screw C out.
2. カム E を交換して下さい。
カムの交換が終わったら逆の手順でカバ−を元通
りに組付けて下さい。
Replace cam E.
Reassemble cover D by counter procedure of the
above instruction after completion of replacing
cam E.
< 注 / Note >
カムカラ−F の止めネジ G を緩めないで下さい。緩めますと飾り糸ル−パ−のタイミングが
変わります。また、カバ−を取り外した時はレバ−H，J，K に油穴があいていますので時々、
注油を行って下さい。
Do not loose screw G of cam collar F. Otherwise it cause change of timing of spreader.
Lubrication to oil hole H, J, K should be necessary properly.

飾り糸ル−パ−の運動量 飾り糸ル−パ−の運動量
飾り糸ル−パ−の運動量の調節は、リンク J のネジ N を緩めて調節します。
リンクＪを上にしますと運動量が小さくなり、下にしますと運動量が大きくなります。
ゲ−ジサイズが 1/4 の場合は下側に、7/32 の場合は上側にして下さい。
Loosing screw N of link J makes adjustment of spreader movement amount.
Adjusting link J to upper position makes small movement amount, on the contrary lower
position makes big movement amount.
