飾り糸ル−パ−調整方法 飾り糸ル−パ−調整方法
飾り糸ル−パ−K，L の前後の位置は、針外径より隙間
を 1mm にして下さい。 飾り糸ル−パ−の上下の位置は、
押えの上面をガイドにしていますので押え上面との隙
間を 0 にして下さい。これらの調節は、止めネジ A を
緩めて行って下さい。又、飾り糸ル−パ−K，L の傾き
の調節は、振り板取り付け台 J の止めネジ H を緩めて
行って下さい。
The clearance between spreader K & L and needle
should be 1mm. The clearance between spreader L
and surface of needle should be 0mm.
Loosing screws A enables the above adjustment.

< 注 / Note >
ブラケット C の止めネジ B で上下の調整をしないで下さい。止めネジ B を緩めて上下
の調節をしますと丸ラック D と飾り糸振りレバ−E との平行度及びガイドプレ−ト F
とラックハウジング G との隙間が狂いますので注意して下さい。（下図参照）
Do not do adjustment of up and down by screw B of bracket C.
Adjustment of up and down by loosing screw B stops working properly the parallel
degree between rack D and lever E and also the clearance between guide plate F
and rack housing G.
