Method of Error Abnormality is detected under the communication conditions in the hardware section between the
Detection indoor unit and outdoor unit.
Error Decision When the communication conditions in the hardware section between the indoor unit and the
Conditions outdoor unit are not normal.
Supposed  Defective outdoor main PCB (A1P)
Causes  Disconnection of the inside/outside relay wires
Troubleshooting
Part 6 Service Diagnosis
Be sure to turn off the power switch before connecting or disconnecting
Caution connectors, or parts may be damaged.
Turn OFF the power once and
turn ON again.
Return to normal?

Check if
inside/

outside relay wires of
outdoor main PCB are
disconnected.

Troubleshooting by Error Codes
External factor other than
error (for example, noise
etc.).
Connect the inside/outside
relay wires correctly.
Replace the outdoor main
PCB (A1P).
